Policies
Every job has a $150 minimum charge, even if the task takes less than one hour.
All jobs require a 50% deposit before work commences and balance due immediately upon completion.
Veterans and seniors (age 65 years or older) are eligible for a 10% discount.
Written estimates are based on the information available before work begins and may be revised if the scope changes.
Customers can bundle several small jobs into one visit to get the best value from the minimum charge.
Materials, parts, specialty hardware, permit fees, and disposal fees are billed separately unless included in the written estimate.
