Maintenance Policies

Recommended Uses
Time blocks are best used for home maintenance items including, but not limited to, changing air filters, pressure washing, first-floor window cleaning, gutter cleaning on single-story homes, and other typical home maintenance tasks. How hours will be used by customer will be agreed upon in advance by customer and HB Home Services LLC representative.

Exclusions
Light fixture or ceiling fan installation or exchange, plumbing tasks, tasks that require consumables and other specialized work.

Rollover Hours Policy
A maximum of 50% of unused hours can be rolled over to the following month. At the end of that month, unused hours from the previous month expire.
